Resource Help

Do you need help with transportation, supplies, referrals, or other details? The following services are available at no charge to all patients at NWMS clinics:
  • We can link you with community resources such as Para transit, Shuttle Services,
    food banks or local charity organizations.
  • We will assist you in applying for Social Security disability requests.
  • We can help you with referrals for durable medical equipment, home health agencies, etc.
  • We provide information on community education resources such as support groups, service groups, American Cancer Society, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Lung Cancer Alliance, etc.
  • We can help you network with other providers and agencies to coordinate service plans for individual patients.
  • We will help you explore care-giving resources and do problem-solving with your family members.
  • We have resource information for wigs, prosthetics, etc.
  • We provide samples of nutrition supplements for those with poor oral intake.
  • We can offer connections to outside counseling resources.
