Northwest Medical Specialties

Northwest Medical Specialties (NWMS) provides state of the art, cost- effective medical service in oncology/hematology and infectious diseases. They are dedicated to providing excellence in patient care and understanding your individual needs.

To assist in the healing process, we at NWMS understand that achieving and maintaining health may require more than medications and medical treatments. Your physicians at NWMS work closely with all your health care providers to coordinate your care. We also sponsor classes in exercise and nutrition, support groups for patients and their families, and provide financial counseling.  Please see our services page for more information on this.

NWMS Offices are in five convenient south Puget Sound locations adjacent to the campuses of:

  • Good Samaritan Hospital, Puyallup
  • St. Francis Hospital, Federal Way
  • St. Joseph Medical Center, Tacoma
  • St. Clare Hospital, Lakewood
  • St. Anthony Hospital, Gig Harbor

Each of these locations is staffed by board certified physicians, advanced registered nurse practitioners, physicians' assistants, specially trained nurses, and administrative staff. Each location is a full service clinic offering infusion services, laboratory testing, and access to clinical research trials.

See the locations page for details and directions. Call 253-428-8700 to schedule an appointment.
