FRANK
SENECAL, M.D. was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He
graduated with high honors from Indiana University undergraduate
and Medical School, then selecting the University of Washington
for post-graduate medical training. He has earned triple Board
Certification in Internal Medicine, Hematology and Oncology.
Before founding his Tacoma practice in 1985, he served in public
health and taught oncology.
Dr. Senecal has served as St. Joseph’s Director of Oncology,
Medical Director of Hospice of Tacoma, Chairman of the Department
of Medicine and Chief of Staff at St. Francis Hospital. Active
in cancer treatment research, he has published scientific articles
in that field. Currently, he is a consultant to the American
Cancer Society.

THOMAS
M. BAKER, M.D. was born and raised in the Chicago area.
After graduating from the University of Colorado, he returned
to Illinois’ Loyola University-Stritch School of Medicine.
His internship and residency training were completed at Denver’s
St. Joseph Hospital. He practiced internal medicine in Gillette,
Wyoming until entering the military and completing hematology
and oncology training at Madigan Army Medical Center. He served
as Madigan’s Assistant Chief of Hematology and as the
Internal Medicine Consultant to Bremerton’s Naval Hospital.
Dr. Baker
is triple Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology
and Oncology. He serves as Medical Director of Home Health/Hospice
of St. Joseph Hospital and is the Chairman of St. Joseph Hospital
Transfusion and Cancer Committees. In the community, he is
the Medical Director of the Pierce County Blood Bank and volunteers
as a board member of the Pierce County American Cancer Society.
Active in cancer treatment research, he publishes scientific
articles in that field.

JAY
P. KLARNET, M.D. was born and raised in the New York
City area. He received a BA in Biology from Case Western Reserve
University in Cleveland, Ohio. At the University of New York
in Buffalo he earned a Master’s in Biophysics as well
as completing his medical school training, internship and residency.
Dr. Klarnet trained in Hematology/Oncology at the University
of Washington where he continued as an Assistant Professor of
Medicine, focusing on tumor immunology research. He then served
as Director of Oncology Development and Research at Evergreen
Hospital in Kirkland, Washington until he joined Hematology
Oncology Northwest.
Dr. Klarnet is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Medical
Oncology. He serves as Director of the St. Joseph Hospital Bone
Marrow Transplantation Program and remains active in cancer
research, specializing in cancer immunotherapy. Dr. Klarnet
has many scientific publications and has presented his work
at medical conferences throughout the world.

LORRIN
K. YEE, M.D. was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. He received
BS and MS degrees in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute
of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He received his Doctor
of Medicine degree from the University of California-Los Angeles
(UCLA) School of Medicine in Westwood, California. He also completed
his Masters in Public Health at the Harvard School of Public
Health in Boston, Massachusetts. He completed his medical residency
at the Department of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin
Hospitals and Clinics at Madison, Wisconsin. He was a Medical
Oncology Fellow at the National Cancer Institute, National Institutes
of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. He has served as Clinical Instructor
at the Department of Medicine at the Uniformed Services University
Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland, Assistant Professor of
Medicine at Rhode Island Hospital at Brown University School
of Medicine in Providence, Rhode Island, and Assistant Professor
of Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven,
Connecticut. He then served as the medical oncologist at the
Memorial Clinic in Olympia, Washington until he joined Hematology
Oncology Northwest, P.C.
Dr.
Yee is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology.
He is interested in basic and clinical cancer research.

SAIFUDDIN
M. KASUBHAI, M.D. was born and raised in Bombay, India.
He completed both his undergraduate degree in Bombay and his
Doctor of Medicine degree at Grant Medical College in Bombay.
He completed his internship and medical residency at Lincoln
Medical Center in The Bronx, New York and did his Fellowship
in Medical Oncology at Albert Einstein University in New York.
He has served as Clinical Instructor at New York Medical College
and Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Cornell Medical
College. Before joining the physicians at Northwest Medical
Specialties, Dr. Kasubhai was affiliated with Highline Medical
Oncology in Seattle, Washington.
Dr.
Kasubhai is Board Certified in Medical Oncology and Internal
Medicine. His interests include hematological malignancies and
solid tumors, particularly GI malignancies.

MOACYR
RIBEIRO DE OLIVEIRA, M.D. was born and raised in Belo
Horizonte, Brazil. He completed his undergraduate degree at
Catholic University of Minas in Brazil, his Doctor of Medicine
degree at the Federal University of Minas and a residency in
Hematology at the Felicio Rocho Hospital in Belo Horizonte.
He also completed Fellowships in Bone Marrow Transplant at the
Federal University of Parana School of Medicine in Curitiba,
Brazil and at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in
Seattle, Washington. In addition, Dr. Oliveira also completed
his residency in Internal Medicine and a Fellowship in Hematology,
Oncology and Bone and Marrow Transplantation at the University
of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. Prior to joining
the staff at NWMS, Dr. Oliveira was affiliated with Iowa Blood
and Cancer Care, PLC in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He has served as
a teacher in Clinical Hematology and bone Marrow Transplants.
Dr. Oliveira is
Board Certified in Clinical Oncology and Internal Medicine.
He holds memberships in the American Society of Hematology,
the American Society of Clinical Oncology, Pierce County Medical
Society, Washington State Medical Association, and as a Clinical
Investigator, National Cancer Institute.
