Alia Davis, PA-C

Board-Certified Physician Assistant in Tacoma, WA

“What a privilege it is to be a part of the NWMS team! I strive to practice evidence based, patient centered care while connecting with each patient to understand and navigate each new challenge together.” – Alia Davis, PA-C

Prior to joining the NWMS team, Alia Davis, PA-C worked as a family practice PA, where she developed a strong foundation in whole-person care. She brings a strong background in community healthcare and family medicine to her current work in hematology and oncology. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Washington State Medical Association, and she continues to be involved in efforts to improve access to quality healthcare.

Alia’s approach to care is grounded in a deep commitment to patient education and to making medical information more accessible and understandable for all. She believes that every individual’s health journey is unique, and she is passionate about being a reliable source of support and guidance for patients through whatever challenges they may face.

On why she became a provider, “Each individual has their own journey. We are all experiencing this life for the first time. Challenges with one’s health can impact, complicate, and shift daily life – whether that be temporarily or long-term. I became a medical provider to be in each patient’s corner as a resource, support, and guide to help traverse that terrain on their way to becoming their best selves.”

Outside of medicine, Alia enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking and bouldering, practicing the art of watercolor painting, learning about ethnobotany, and even juggling!
