Cherie Smith.. Thank you.. for taking the time to talk with us and listening to our story. Since John was diagnosed with cancer September 16... you were the first medical professional doctor that listened to our story and saw John and I as hurting people that needed someone to listen to our story.... and not just a name.. the old school way❤️

I just celebrated my 65th birthday. When I started my 3rd journey with cancer, my previous provider at another facility told me I would live at least 18 months and probably not longer than 3 years. I am coming up to the end of year five. Dr. Blau leads my team of providers. I have been blessed with a great Trial Coordinator, a phenomenal PA that follows me and staff overall that constantly goes the extra mile. Having metastatic cancer can always provide challenges in so many different directions and I cannot think of another group of professionals I would want involved in my care.

Hi there. I'm a new patient of Dr. Senecal's and had my first appointment yesterday in Tacoma. We arrived a half hour late (we thought our appointment started an hour later), but Dr. Senecal still made the appointment happen, and I deeply appreciate that. I also appreciate the staff for allowing my husband to be with me during my appointment. I've been having a lot of memory issues from chemo and hormonal therapy, so it's important I have a "second brain" in those settings. The young woman who did my bloodwork was also very sweet. I just wanted to communicate my gratitude 🙂 Thanks so much everyone!

I currently see Dr. Kanaan in Puyallup Wa. I am from Great Falls Montana! What a coincidence.

Dr. Sharma is consistently caring, informative and positive about my diagnosis and treatments. He never appears rushed and answers questions thoroughly. My husband and I trust him completely and follow his directives.

I just wanted to tell you that getting Dr kanaan was a smart move. He was my Dr. in Havre, MT and he is a brilliant Dr. and he is a really nice person. Dr Kanaan and Dr Ymzon was the two people I did not want to leave in MT. I hate not having those two as my Dr's. Tell him I send my best wishes.

Dr McCroskey has been great in aiding my daughters care, a few bloopers by staff, but he is really good and is all thinking about your care.

A huge thank you to Dr. R McCloskey and the Bonney Lake staff who helped us get my husband his much needed medication during our recent visit to the area. Everyone at this office was patient, caring and went to great lengths to be helpful. Dr McCroskey is knowledgeable, kind and professional. Again thank you for all your kindness.

COVID-19 NOTICE

Important COVID 19  Information for patients of Northwest Medical Specialties

November 16, 2020 Update

IMPORTANT: NO VISITORS
During these difficult times we are making every effort to keep our patients and staff safe from COVID 19, we appreciate your patience and understanding with the changes you may have seen within our practice.

We strive to protect our patients and staff as much as we possibly can from any exposure on our premises.  NWMS has implemented a system wide policy that does not allow anyone in the building that is not a patient and everyone must wear an NWMS provided mask over their mouth and nose during their time on our premises.  This is to protect our vulnerable patients from the unforeseen possibility of exposure to COVID 19 which can be transmitted through aerosol droplets.  Sadly, we have had patients that have died from the complications of COVID 19, which is both devastating and preventable.

We offer a virtual visit option for family, friends, and companions to participate in the care of our patients through Zoom.  Our staff will assist you with every step of the login process and invite you to participate in real time from your vehicle or designated safe space in our building. Please contact us at 253-428-8700 to set this up.
