Flora Galloway, MSN, FNP-BC, OCN joined Northwest Medical Specialties in 2018 as a nurse practitioner. She primarily sees patients at Saint Joseph Medical Center, where she received the prestigious Gold Star Award in 2024.
Before assuming this role, she held a variety of clinical positions in inpatient and ambulatory oncology settings. She considers it her privilege and honor to spend her nursing career being able to care for oncology patients.
Her clinical interests focus on hematologic malignancies, palliative medicine, and nursing mentorship and research. She is an active member in the Oncology Nursing Society and holds certification in oncology nursing.
Flora grew up in Washington State and lives in Tacoma with her husband, three children, and dog. In her free time, she enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including gardening, hiking, and cycling.
