Originally from Sacramento, Kersten spent much of her adult life in Minneapolis before moving to the Pacific Northwest to be closer to family. She brings a strong background in primary care and hospital medicine, with a special interest in patient-centered care that emphasizes education, collaboration, and whole-person wellness.
Kersten became a provider to combine her love of learning, communication, and healthcare; to empower patients through education and compassionate partnership in their care.
