Kersten Bailey, DNP, APRN, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner with Northwest Medical Specialties, where she provides compassionate oncology care alongside Dr. Ky Jung, specializing in breast cancer.
Originally from Sacramento, Kersten spent much of her adult life in Minneapolis before moving to the Pacific Northwest to be closer to family. She brings a strong background in primary care and hospital medicine, with a special interest in patient-centered care that emphasizes education, collaboration, and whole-person wellness.
When asked why she became a provider, Kersten explained that she became a provider to combine her love of learning, communication, and healthcare—to empower patients through education and compassionate partnership in their care.
Outside of work, Kersten enjoys hiking, knitting, reading, theater, and spending time with her pets.
