Ninotchka is a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with more than 24 years of experience across critical care, oncology, trauma, and acute care medicine. She has served as Lead Advanced Practice Provider at UW Harborview Medical Center and UT Medical Branch, working closely with interdisciplinary teams, and is also an adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the UT Medical Branch School of Nursing.
Before relocating to Washington, Ninotchka spent over 20 years at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in clinical and leadership roles specializing in oncologic critical care, sepsis management, clinical operations, and quality improvement. Throughout her career, she has also contributed to mentoring, protocol development, APP credentialing, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Outside of work, Ninotchka enjoys spending time with family and friends, community outreach, and mentoring. She also stays engaged in national nursing organizations, supporting professional development, education, and promoting the role of advanced practice providers.
