Dr. Robert Galamaga is a hematology and oncology provider with clinical interests in general medical oncology, solid tumors, leukemia, lymphoma, anemia, blood disorders, and bone marrow disorders.
Dr. Galamaga has been involved in clinical, academic, and collaborative work focused on cancer care, hematology, and improving diagnostic and treatment approaches for patients with complex oncologic and hematologic conditions. He is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based care for patients with cancer and blood conditions, with an emphasis on clear communication, multidisciplinary collaboration, and supporting patients throughout diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.
Dr. Galamaga became a physician because he was drawn to the combination of science, problem-solving, and patient care. Oncology and hematology are especially meaningful to him because they allow him to build relationships with patients and families while helping guide them through complex diagnoses and treatment decisions with compassion and clarity.
Outside of work, Dr. Galamaga enjoys traveling, fitness and weight training, exploring restaurants and local neighborhoods, and spending time with friends and family.
