If you are looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate oncologist/hematologist, Dr. Martin would be my first choice hands down. She shows caring interest not only in your disease and treatment but also and most importantly you as a person.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rose-Veatch's since July 2010. She has been treating me for Multiple Myeloma. Which is a serious bone cancer. I am still here nearly 8 years later and she is mostly the reason why I am.

I just celebrated my 65th birthday. When I started my 3rd journey with cancer, my previous provider at another facility told me I would live at least 18 months and probably not longer than 3 years. I am coming up to the end of year five. Dr. Blau leads my team of providers. I have been blessed with a great Trial Coordinator, a phenomenal PA that follows me and staff overall that constantly goes the extra mile. Having metastatic cancer can always provide challenges in so many different directions and I cannot think of another group of professionals I would want involved in my care.

CPAN was created in recognition of the vital role patients should play in advocating for access to local affordable care for all cancer patients. Truly inclusive on all levels, CPAN is a noncancer type specific national network representing all members of the cancer community. Northwest Medical Specialists is honored to be a participant in the Enhancing Oncology Model (EOM). EOM aims to drive transformation and improve care coordination in oncology care by preserving and enhancing the quality of care furnished to beneficiaries undergoing treatment for cancer while reducing program spending under Medicare fee-for-service. The five-year model strives to improve quality and reduce costs through payment incentives and required participant redesign activities.
