Dr. Zhang is a Hematologist and Oncologist with an expertise in GU malignancies (prostate cancer, bladder cancer, renal cell carcinoma, testicular cancer), Lung cancers and Melanoma.
She is a member on a development group working on a GU tumor board and with the Quality Cancer Care Alliance Network, a national organization for value-based oncology care bringing quality care to the patients in their communities.
Dr. Zhang is crafty outside of the clinic and enjoys gardening, cooking, making jewelry. She also enjoys hiking and traveling with her family. In her spare time, she is a Toastmaster member, an International non-profit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs.
Going to medical school for Dr. Zhang started as collective will of her extended family, which opened a whole new chapter in her life. Indulging in science and seeking for a cure later not only turned into a lifelong career but also a calling for her.
