NWMS was honored to participate in the grand opening of MultiCare’s Rasmussen Breast Center in Olympia. The event brought together community leaders, donors, healthcare professionals, and members of the public to celebrate this exciting milestone for breast health care in our region.
The new center expands access to comprehensive breast health services throughout Thurston County, helping patients receive high-quality screening, diagnostics, and coordinated care closer to home. As the need for breast health resources continues to grow, the center will help reduce the burden of long-distance travel for many patients and families.
Made possible through generous community donations, the Rasmussen Breast Center offers a wide range of services, including 3D screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, stereotactic breast biopsy, ultrasound-guided biopsy, and more.
We are excited to welcome this next era of women’s health care in our region and look forward to the impact it will have on our community for years to come.
