It has been an absolute privilege serving our Chehalis and neighboring Lewis County communities; however, after much deliberation and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our Chehalis location permanently as of February 3rd, 2023.
We will continue to support our Chehalis and Lewis County patients at our Olympia location where they will be taken care of by the wonderful providers and staff that they know and trust. We will do everything we can to ensure a smooth transition and help our patients to navigate care during this change.

Our wonderful providers and staff in Chehalis will continue their great work at the Olympia location and we look forward to continuing to expand our services at our Olympia location as we move forward into 2023.
